If two separate orders are combined and the total value of the package exceeds $100 USD, you will be responsible for paying the applicable freight charges and customs duty.
In cases where a single order arrives on separate packages, you will be billed individually for each package we receive on your behalf.
To receive a copy of your customs receipt, please submit your request it at least 24 hours before your shipment is cleared.
If your package is detained, you must pay and collect your Notice of Detention at our Montego Bay location. You will then need to present this notice at the Customs Department at Sangster International Airport for further processing.
At this time, we do not offer return shipping services.
